Aptiv’s Supported Employment services are provided to people who need ongoing support to maintain competitive employment in their community.
What is Supported Employment?
Supported Employment is the ongoing support provided to individuals who, because of their disabilities, need ongoing support to obtain and maintain an individual job in the workforce. A member receiving this service shall be compensated at or above the minimum wage, but not less than the customary wage and level of benefits paid by the employer for the same or similar work performed by individuals without disabilities.

Enhancing skills related to attendance, task completion, problem-solving, interpersonal relations, and safety.
To sustain paid employment at or above minimum wage in an integrated setting in the general workforce, in a job that meets personal and career goals.
