Aptiv's Community Employment program offers internship and job shadow services to provide temporary work experiences for teens and transition students with disabilities or teens and transition students who experience barriers to employment.

What is an Internship/Job Shadow?

Internships and job shadows are temporary work experience that provide individualized tours of specific work experiences. Aptiv’s Internship and Job Shadow services ensure individuals find the right fit by providing opportunities to do the job on a trial basis in regular businesses, industries, and community settings. This experience also provides a chance to develop an individual’s resume and identify any potential support needs.
