Career Assessment and Evaluation
career assessment and evaluation for adults 18-65+
Looking for assistance with determining the employment readiness of an adult with disabilities or barriers to employment?
Aptiv's Community Employment program provides career assessment and evaluation or work assessment services for adults with disabilities or adults who experience barriers to employment.
What is Career Assessment and Evaluation?
Aptiv’s Career Assessment and Evaluations provide comprehensive evaluations to assist in determining a person’s vocational skills, abilities, and career options.
We have relationships with employers throughout each of our service areas that serve as evaluation sites where you are paid to work while we gather information about your work interests, skills, behaviors, and tolerances while performing a job. We then provide valuable feedback on work habits, skills, and physical capabilities.
Evaluations may include:
Assessments of achievement, aptitude, dexterity, learning styles and work samples.
Evaluations help streamline career interests, set realistic job goals and explore career paths.
Evaluators address potential for vocational training, occupations, accommodations and service needs.
Our objectives are to...
Develop an individualized plan
Determine a person's abilities
Determine a person's areas of interest

A State of WI service to help and guide individuals as they change their future and work toward a job goal.
It’s because of gifts to the Aptiv Foundation that children and adults with disabilities are reaching their goals. It is only through the vision and generosity of contributions to the Aptiv Foundation that it becomes possible to provide the level of support each person needs and deserves. Contributions go to funding facility improvements, program equipment, and other tools to help people with disabilities live, learn and work in our communities.
